Managing bibliographic references with Zotero
The FORCCAST team has provided a tutorial on the Zotero tool. Initially created for Science Po’s controversy mapping classes, this tutorial is usable by every student and teacher wishing to document a bibliographic database.
This tool allows to reference and sort articles in order to extract bibliographic references. It is automatically incorporated into the web browser and can be downloaded as a Firefox extension or as an independent version.
Producing a corpus can be a tedious process of alternating copy/paste and renaming files. Zotero is a time saver, allowing to complete this task in two clicks only. As part of group works, students can also share their databases with other students and/or teachers thanks to a simple and quick extracting means detailed in this tutorial.
For more information, you can consult the official Zotero website.
You can access the tutorial here.
